How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the BE.Strong App, tap on the three dots in the lower right, tap purchases, tap the 3 dots to the right of the subscription you’d like to cancel, select cancel auto-renew
Or you can go to the web app to manage your payment information.
How do I sign up for the Standard Subscription ($10/mo)
You can subscribe on the website under the Standard Home or Gym subscription and follow the prompts.
How do I sign up for the Premium Subscription ($50/mo)
This subscription has a waiting list as I only take on a certain amount of clients in order to provide the best hands-on service. As I am the only one who interacts with the premium and gold clients. You can head to the Premium Subscription on the website and put your name down. I will contact you via text message or email to let you know a spot is available for you to sign up.
How do I sign up for the Gold Subscription ($250/mo)

When will I know if there are spots available for the Premium or Gold Subscription?
I will contact you via text message or email, as long as you put your name on the waitlist, to let you know a spot is available for you to sign up. I will also announce it in my stories that there are spots open. I contact those on the waiting list in the order they put their name on it. Depending on when spots open up, I typically contact you anywhere from two to eight weeks.
What is the difference between the Home and Gym Subscription?
It is the equipment required for each subscription. For the home subscription you only need bands and dumbbells. For the gym subscription you need dumbbells, barbells, a squat rack, a cable machine, a lying/sitting hamstring curl machine, an abduction/adduction machine, and a bench.
If I have more equipment in my home gym than just bands and dumbbells, which subscription should I sign up for?
I would sign up for the home subscription. It is much easier to sub exercises for the home subscription when you have a squat rack, bench, small cable machine, etc. If you sign up for the gym you will have to sub more exercises, which may become too much. Sign up for the home workouts, and you can sub a dumbbell squat for a barbell squat, a dumbbell hip thrust for a barbell hip thrust, a band lat pulldown for a cable machine lat pulldown, etc.
If I sometimes work out at home and the gym, which subscription should I sign up for?
I would sign up for the home subscription. Are your Standard Subscriptions Workouts Pregnancy-friendly?
The Standard Subscriptions for home and gym are made for everyone, not specifically for prenatal or postpartum. If you have experience exercising and are knowledgeable in different exercises, it is up to your discretion and approved by your provider.
What workouts are included in the Premium Subscription?
With the Premium Subscription, you will receive the same workouts as the Standard Subscription. You will also receive personalized nutrition with calories and/or macros and my guidance in helping you reach your nutrition and fitness goals.
Are you a Certified Personal Trainer?
Yes! I am a Certified Personal Trainer through ACE. I also hold a Fitness Nutrition Specialist Certification and a Pre/Postnatal Fitness Certification.
Are you certified to train women who are pregnant or postpartum?
Yes! I am a certified Pre/Postnatal Fitness Specialist through American Fitness Professionals and Associates.
